How we handle personal data submitted through this website.

Last updated 14 August 2026

Who we are

Pangea Engineering Group Ltd (company number 17116261) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Our registered office is 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. You can reach us at admin@pangeaengineering.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you send us through the enquiry form: your name, your email address, and optionally your company and telephone number, together with the message you write.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site. The site sets no cookies of its own.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use it to answer your enquiry and to carry out any work that follows. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to someone who has contacted us about our services. Where an enquiry leads to work, we process the information to perform that contract.

How it reaches us

Enquiries are delivered to our mailbox by email. The form is protected against automated abuse by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the submission comes from a person rather than a script. This site is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as your IP address to deliver the page and protect the service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for no longer than is necessary for the purpose it was collected for, and for our ordinary business records. Where an enquiry does not lead to work, we delete it once it is no longer relevant.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. It is handled by our email and hosting providers acting on our instructions.

Your rights

You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form. To exercise any of these, email admin@pangeaengineering.com.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
